Tasha Williams

Dr. Natasha Henry Williams is a higher education leader, scholar, and advocate for student success whose work centers on supporting nontraditional learners in online education. As Director of Student Coaching for UCF Online at the University of Central Florida, she leads initiatives designed to help students navigate the path from enrollment through graduation. Her research explores the lived experiences of single mothers pursuing online undergraduate degrees and calls for institutions to rethink traditional policies and systems to better reflect the realities of today’s students. Dr. Henry Williams is passionate about creating pathways that empower learners to achieve their educational goals.
