Debra Haber

Debra Haber is a lecturer in University Studies at Middle Tennessee State University, where she teaches READ 1000, a prescribed course for entry level freshman who need reading support. Mrs. Haber earned a MA in Reading Education at the University of South Florida, and has taught reading courses at High School, Community College, and four-year colleges. Mrs. Haber has been teaching in the reading co-requisite since its inception in 2015. Most recently she has taught the Freshman Scholars Institute, a two-week immersion program, for incoming first-generation freshmen. Mrs. Haber has also taught University Seminar and PRST 3995 courses.
