Professional Bio

With over 28 years of experience at Concordia University, I am a dedicated leader in the field of continuing, professional, and executive education. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Executive and Professional Programs, I provide strategic leadership for innovative, impactful learning opportunities that address the evolving needs of individuals, organizations, and society. My work focuses on designing responsive programs, advancing francization initiatives, supporting workforce development, and aligning educational offerings with the strategic priorities of the university.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a deep commitment to lifelong learning and academic excellence. I have held progressive leadership roles including Director of Programs and Programs and Academic Development Coordinator at Concordia Continuing Education, where I oversaw curriculum development, instructor recruitment, learner experience, and the overall delivery of high-quality programming.

A cornerstone of my work has been leading the advancement and institutional adoption of recognition of prior learning (RPL) across both non-credit and credit sectors. I have worked collaboratively with university leadership, faculties, and external partners to integrate RPL practices that validate informal and experiential learning, create new pathways for learners, and support greater equity and access in higher education.

My expertise lies in bridging academic innovation with real-world application. I collaborate closely with university faculties, community stakeholders, industry partners, and national and international organizations to create programs that are accessible, relevant, and future-focused. I also lead and mentor cross-functional teams, foster inclusive learning environments, and champion alternative credentials and flexible learning models.
