Janine Guerra

Janine N. Guerra has over 16 years of experience in higher education, specializing in recruitment and enrollment management. She currently serves as the Director of Recruitment and Enrollment for Drexel University’s College of Arts and Sciences. Janine began her career as an Admissions Recruiter for Temple University's law school, then moved to Saint Joseph's University as Assistant/Associate Director of the MBA Program, where she successfully launched the Online MBA Program. She later became Director of the Haub Degree Completion Program, managing recruitment, advising, and retention initiatives for adult undergraduate business students. Janine transitioned to faculty in the Decision & Systems Sciences department at Saint Joseph's, progressing from Adjunct Professor to Assistant Professor of Practice. Her teaching included courses in Information Systems, Data Visualization, Supply Chain Management, and Big Data & Analytics. She also spearheaded the High School Analytics & Data Visualization Competition before joining Drexel University in 2022.

Janine holds a BSBA in Management Information Systems, an MBA, and a Master's in Education from Saint Joseph's University, as well as a JD from Temple University and an LLM in Cyber Law and Data Privacy from Drexel University. She is admitted to the state bars of PA, NJ, FL, and the United States Supreme Court. Janine has also completed a Graduate Certificate in College Teaching from Drexel University and a Post-MBA Certificate in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University. Additionally, she is a doctoral candidate in Creighton University's Interdisciplinary Leadership EdD program, researching recruitment of nontraditional undergraduate students in four-year institutions.

Janine lives in Philadelphia with her Bichon Frise dogs, Brigid and Liesl. She is an avid Phillies and Eagles fan who enjoys sewing and performing as a soloist and choir member for her parish church and the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa.
