Professional Bio
Cassidy currently serves as the Training Coordinator for Campus Advising Solutions at the University of Utah and the Business Partner and Membership Development Coordinator with ACHE. She leads campuswide advisor onboarding and workshops and builds institutional advising capacity by ensuring new advisors are trained in proactive, student-centered, and data-informed practices aligned with institutional strategy.
Prior to her current role, Cassidy served as an Assistant Director of Orientation and Transition at the U, where she reimagined new student onboarding to be inclusive, engaging, and grounded in best practices. Her work has focused on creating meaningful experiences for students and staff alike, with a special emphasis on supporting nontraditional and adult learners.
Cassidy has been actively involved in ACHE since 2022 and quickly fell in love with the organization’s mission and community. Since then, she has remained deeply engaged and committed to helping ACHE grow, evolve, and become even stronger for its members.
Known for her creativity, artistic strengths, and strong presentation skills, Cassidy brings a unique lens to professional development and problem-solving. She infuses her work with innovation and intention—always keeping learners at the center. She brings energy, collaboration, and a clear vision for strengthening ACHE’s impact and member experience.
