Nominees for Vice President (Executive Committee)

Dianna Rust

Professor, Middle Tennessee State University

Dianna Z. Rust earned her Master’s degree in Mass Communication from Middle Tennessee State University and earned her Ed.D. from Tennessee State University. She is a Professor in University College and regularly teaches online and on-ground classes including Honors, undergraduate and graduate courses and was recognized by MTSU with the Outstanding Teaching Award in 2021. She serves as Program Coordinator for the Bachelor of Integrated Studies and Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies. She previously served as Associate Dean in University College and directed the academic outreach and distance learning efforts at MTSU.  She is a member of the Association for Interdisciplinary Studies and the Association for Continuing Higher Education serving as past president of ACHE South. Other leadership positions include serving on the board of MTSU’s Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and Feed America and as faculty advisor for the MTSU Chapter of Colleges Against Cancer. A recent recipient of the Harold Love Sr. Outstanding Community Service Award (state-level) and MTSU's Outstanding Public Service Award (2024) as a result of her service to the university and community. Her research interests are related to student success for both traditional and non-traditional student populations, interdisciplinary studies, and the scholarship of teaching and learning. In addition to publishing articles and presenting on these topics, she serves on the editorial board for the Journal of Continuing Higher Education (JCHE) and as the Prior Learning Assessment section editor.


Steven Fye

Professor/Director, School of Interdisciplinary Studies, Tennessee Tech University

Steven Frye is the Director/Professor in the School of Interdisciplinary Studies at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville TN.   The I.S. major serves a wide variety of students on campus, online, and threw off-campus 2+2 programs, and has had a high concentration of adult non-traditional learners in a traditional university.  In addition to his administrative responsibilities, he also teaches courses in Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Adult Learning, Freshmen Experience, and Religious Studies.  Steve holds a B.A. from Carson-Newman College, M.Div. from Midwestern Baptist Seminary, a Th.M. from Duke University, and a Ph.D. in Adult Education from the University of Tennessee.  His research has focused on adult learning theory, student engagement, teaching and conceptual change, and adult religious education.  Steve has served as chair of ACHE-South, member of the board of directors of ANTSHE, and is a two-time past-president of the American Association for Adult and Continuing Education (AAACE).


Nominees for Director-at-Large

Doragnes Rivera Bradshaw

Assistant Dean, Rollins College

Dr. Doragnes Rivera Bradshaw is an award-winning servant-leader with over 25 years of experience in organizational communication and leadership. Her career spans strategic roles in business planning, marketing, human resources, and operations, beginning in the not-for-profit motor club industry and she later found her passion for higher education and its community impact. Currently, Doragnes is serving as the Assistant Dean and an Adjunct Faculty member at the Rollins College Hamilton Holt School of Professional Advancement and Graduate Studies.


Doragnes is a triple Rollins College alumna with a Doctorate in Business Administration focused on leadership and gender studies, an executive MBA, and a BA in Communication Studies with a concentration in organizational leadership and communication. She holds an industry credential as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management. 
Doragnes is a passionate connector, caregiver, and lifelong learner, deeply committed to the belief that “life is for service”. She currently serves on four boards: PRSA Orlando, Senior Resource Alliance, Women’s Executive Council, and the Winter Park Library. She aims to lead with integrity, nurture with intention, and inspire through action—always seeking to make a lasting positive impact in the lives of others. 


When she's not on campus or serving in the community, Doragnes is likely adventuring around the world with her family. They love to travel to experience diverse cultures and creating forever memories together. 


Janine Guerra

Director of Recruitment and Enrollment, Drexel University

Janine N. Guerra is Director of Recruitment & Enrollment for the College of Arts & Sciences at Drexel University, where she leads undergraduate and graduate enrollment strategy with a focus on access, persistence, and success for nontraditional and adult learners. She brings more than 18 years of experience in higher education administration, enrollment management, and academic program development.

Janine holds an EdD in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University, a BSBA in Management Information Systems, an MBA, and an MS in Education with a concentration in Instructional Technology from Saint Joseph’s University. She also earned a JD from Temple University Beasley School of Law and an LLM in Cyber Law and Data Privacy from Drexel University’s Kline School of Law. She is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, and the United States Supreme Court.

Her career has been deeply rooted in continuing higher education and adult learning. She has held leadership roles in admissions, online and degree-completion programming, and student advising, including serving as Director of Saint Joseph’s University’s Haub Degree Completion Program for adult undergraduate business students. As a former Assistant Professor of Practice in Decision & Systems Sciences, she taught undergraduate and graduate courses in information systems, analytics, supply chain management, and data visualization, while supporting learning initiatives.

Janine’s professional and research interests include adult learner recruitment and retention, intergenerational classroom dynamics, educational policy, and innovation in continuing higher education. Her doctoral research examines enrollment, engagement, and retention of nontraditional learners, informing institution-wide recruitment and student success strategies. She is committed to advancing ACHE’s mission through collaborative leadership, data-informed decision-making, and advocacy for equitable access to lifelong learning.


Patrick Guilbaud

Director of Extended Education/Associate Professor, Winthrop University

Dr. Pat Guilbaud serves as Director of Extended Education and Associate Professor in the School of Graduate, Continuing, and Online Education at Winthrop University. His areas of expertise include eLearning, adult education, micro-credentials and digital badges, professional development, career management, international business, systems analysis and design, project management, and operations management. His current research is exploring how emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR) can enhance knowledge acquisition and career readiness for students and working professionals. Dr. Guilbaud served as President of the South Carolina Association for Higher Continuing Education (SCAHCE) from 2021 to 2025, and as Secretary and Chair of the ACHE South Region from 2022 to 2025. He received the ACHE South Region Continuing Education Leadership Award in 2026.
