The Future of Continuing Higher Education: Living in interesting times
As continuing educators, we do live in interesting times. Although the DOE Negotiated Rulemaking on Accreditation and Innovation sessions recently ended in consensus, political wrangling over the re-authorization of the HEA continues, leaving HE leaders still gazing into our crystal balls. In the midst of this uncertainly, CE units are called on to do more (drive innovation, increase enrollments, and generate more revenue) often with less resources (budgets, staff, and functional autonomy).
Join continuing educators and leaders from New England, New York, and New Jersey as we discuss the future of our profession and how a merger of three ACHE Regions will enhance our ability to support our membership.
