These recruiting experiences helped him to develop an independent perspective on the effectiveness of university operations and student services.
Over the years, his energy and enthusiasm for student success grew. It ultimately led to a higher education position at the UT Austin McCombs School of Business.
During his 10 years at UT Austin, he gained a great understanding of the complex needs of key constituents in the university community. That knowledge and experience further drove his interest in maximizing potential educational outcomes for students.
In his current role with Western Governors University (WGU), he remains focused on student success.
