In life, we can all agree that individuals are called to lead in some shape or form; either you are the leader within your home life or in a leadership position at work or organization. Although some of us may have more leadership responsibilities than others, what's important is that you continue to grow and develop in the areas of leadership, no matter your leadership capacity. Research shows that "71% of Millennials will leave their job within two and three years if they feel their leadership skills are lacking and there's no room for growth." In this workshop, we will discuss some strategies to help you be an effective leader while empowering your voice and others within your organization. You will gain practical applications to take away and apply to any part of your organization, community, or home life to support you in stretching your leadership capacity.
