Continuing Education and the Role of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

The purpose of this webinar will be to explore the role of Continuing Education in creating more access and diverse pathways to education for marginalized and underserved students. We will also discuss ways to identify these students, how to develop programs to best serve the needs of this growing student demographic and some strategies for inclusive environments to nurture student success. We will also assess the evolution of the Continuing Education sector in response to the pandemic and needs of the community for upskilling and reskilling, as well as the more diverse student population going into the next decade.
