Cancellation Policies

ACHE 2024 South Conference Cancellations

Cancellations received by email to mread@deltastate.edu on or before February 1, 2024 will be refunded less a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after February 1, 2024. Substitutions are allowed.

ACHE 2023 Conference Cancellations

Refunds due to cancellation will be processed as follows:

  • Cancellation requests received on or before September 22, 2023 will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after September 23, 2023.
  • Substitutions are allowed but should be communicated to admin@acheinc.org prior to September 22, 2023.

Please note: All cancellation requests must be made in writing to admin@acheinc.org. 

ACHE 2024 Emerging Leaders Institute

Refunds due to cancellation will be processed as follows:

  • Cancellation requests received on or before May 28, 2024 will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after May 28, 2024.

ACHE 2023 West Symposium Cancellations

Registration fees are non-refundable. Please contact the ACHE WEST Board for any questions (achewest@gmail.com). 

ACHE Membership

Membership fees are non-refundable.

ACHE Business Partners and Sponsorship

Business partner and sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
