Assumption of Risk & Cancellation
Exhibits are to be set-up on Sunday, November 11 between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and must remain intact until the end of the Conference: noon, Wednesday, November 14. All materials must be removed from the exhibit area by 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 14. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend all meals and events.Exhibitors assume all risks incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property, and release the Association for Continuing Higher Education, Inc., its employees, and agents against any claims.
Cancellations received in writing on or before Monday, October 29, 2012, will be refunded less a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be made after that date. Substitutions will be allowed.
