Assumption of Risk, Cancellation policy, and other details

Exhibits are to be set-up on Wednesday, October 12 between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and must remain intact until the end of the Conference: noon, Saturday, October 15. If you require an exception to this schedule, please contact Exhibitor Relations Committee Chair Terry Ratcliff at tratcliff@whitworth.edu. All materials must be removed from the exhibit area by 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 15. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend all meals and events.

Exhibitors assume all risks incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property, and release the Association for Continuing Higher Education, Inc., its employees, and agents against any claims.

Cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, September 30, 2011, will be refunded less a 10% processing fee.  No refunds will be made after that date.  Substitutions will be allowed.  Refunds will be issued after the conference.
