Taxis are available without reservations at the Sunport taxi stand.  Rates run $25-$30 for the first passenger and $1 more for each additional passenger (does not include gratuity).

At the airport – The Sunport Shuttle counter is open 9am-10pm and is located on the ground level inside the terminal across from baggage claim #3. A big yellow “Sunport Shuttle” sign is on the wall behind the counter and walk-ups are always welcome.

From Your Hotel/Residence/Business – make your reservation in advance and then be ready to go five minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

Driving Directions

From Albuquerque Sunport:

From the Airport head West on Sunport Blvd SE. Follow the signs for I-40, Downtown and Santa Fe. Merge onto I-25 N via the ramp and go 3.6 miles. Take exit 226AB to merge onto I-40 West toward Gallup and go 2.5 miles. Take Exit 157A for Rio Grande Blvd and then turn Left onto Rio Grande Blvd. Go 1/4 mile and turn left into the Hotel Albuquerque.

From I-40:

Heading West on I-40 you will take Exit 157A for Rio Grande Blvd. Turn Left onto Rio Grande Blvd. Go 1/4 mile and turn left into the Hotel Albuquerque. Heading East on I-40 you will take Exit 157A for Rio Grande Blvd. Turn Right onto Rio Grande Blvd. Go 1/4 mile and turn left into the Hotel Albuquerque.

By Rail
