Exhibitor Levels

A Presidential Level may choose to: 

  • Host the opening reception, or
  • Host the closing banquet, or
  • Host the annual luncheon, or
  • Sponsor the conference and annual meeting gift with appropriate recognition
  • ACHE Pins

Each exhibitor at the President Level will receive the following:

  • an individual company banner at the conference event
  • the company logo on conference banner and in conference program
  • company logo on the conference web site (with optional link to your business site)
  • special recognition at hosted event, opening session and business meeting
  • first tier option to select your exhibit table location
  • other benefits as described in “Exhibitor Details: Inclusions"

A Dean Level may choose to sponsor:

  • “Program at a Glance” (pocket-size conference program provided to all participants), or
  • Name-Tag lanyards with ACHE Philadelphia and your company logo, or
  • Conference Tote-Bag with ACHE Philadelphia and your company logo, or
  • One of three keynote speakers, or 
  • A Breakfast, or
  • A Beverage Break

Each exhibitor at the Dean Level will receive the following:

  • the company logo on conference banner and in conference program
  • company logo on the conference web site (with optional link to your business site)
  • special recognition at hosted event, opening session and business meeting
  • second tier option to select your exhibit table location
  • other benefits as described in “Exhibitor Details: Inclusions"

Director Level exhibitors are assigned exhibit space, and the benefits are described in the “Exhibitor Details: Inclusions” 

Exhibitor Details

Fee for all exhibitor levels will include:

  • Two conference registrations - includes annual luncheon and awards banquet.
  • Eight-foot skirted table and two chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • Signage to identify exhibitor and booth number
  • Standard power connection electrical outlet (if needed)
  • Carpeted floor
  • Electronic copy of attendee mailing list
  • Inclusion in list of sponsors on "Program at a Glance" and conference program
  • Two exhibitor badges

Exhibits are to be set-up on Sunday between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and must remain intact until the end of the Conference, 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 18. Exceptions must be requested in writing to the ACHE Exhibitor Relations Committee at Kathleen M. Yasas kyasas@aol.com . All materials must be removed from the exhibit area by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 18th. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend the Awards Banquet, beginning with a reception at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18. 

Assumption of Risk
Exhibitors assume all risks incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property, and release ACHE, Association for Continuing Higher Education, Inc., its employees and agents against any claims.     

Cancellation of Exhibit Space
Confirmed exhibit space can be cancelled by written notice to Robin Plumb, ACHE Exhibitor Relations, at the address below. 

If notice of cancellation is received:
Before August 1: Exhibitor forfeits 10% of total cost for exhibit space assigned.
August 1 or after, but before October 15: Exhibitor forfeits 50% of total cost for exhibit space assigned.
October 15 or after: Exhibitor forfeits 100% of total cost for exhibit space assigned. Note:  Space requests made after October 15 are subject to the above-mentioned cancellation policies seven days after the booth is assigned.
