Exhibits are to be set-up on Sunday between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and must remain intact until the end of the Conference, 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 18. Exceptions must be requested in writing to the ACHE Exhibitor Relations Committee at Kathleen M. Yasas kyasas@aol.com . All materials must be removed from the exhibit area by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 18th. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend the Awards Banquet, beginning with a reception at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18.
Assumption of Risk
Exhibitors assume all risks incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property, and release ACHE, Association for Continuing Higher Education, Inc., its employees and agents against any claims.
Cancellation of Exhibit Space
Confirmed exhibit space can be cancelled by written notice to Robin Plumb, ACHE Exhibitor Relations, at the address below.
If notice of cancellation is received:
Before August 1: Exhibitor forfeits 10% of total cost for exhibit space assigned.
August 1 or after, but before October 15: Exhibitor forfeits 50% of total cost for exhibit space assigned.
October 15 or after: Exhibitor forfeits 100% of total cost for exhibit space assigned. Note: Space requests made after October 15 are subject to the above-mentioned cancellation policies seven days after the booth is assigned.
